2024 PCDS Family Picnic

We are so excited to announce that we will be hosting a PCDS Family Picnic again this year! The picnic will take place on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at Franklin Square Park in the Pavilion. The event will take place rain or shine. We will have BBQ style food (accommodating food allergies and dietary restrictions), a cotton candy machine, ice cream treats, entertainment for kids (bubble machine, coloring, sidewalk chalk, temporary tattoos and more), and weather permitting - carousel rides and mini golf. If you'd like to attend the event, please register below. The registration fee includes yourself and your family. PCDS is committed to providing all attendees, exhibitors and guests with an enriching, collegial and respectful meeting experience. PCDS asks that all meeting participants to not engage in discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise offensive or unprofessional conduct towards others while participating in the Family Picnic Event. PCDS reserves the right to deny future participation of individuals found to have engaged in such activity. Please address any concerns to any available onsite staff member. Your consideration and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Privacy Policy:

The Philadelphia County Dental Society is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our 2024 Family Picnic Event.

Your email address will be used strictly for PCDS business and will not be sold to any outside entity. Email addresses however may be provided to sponsors of PCDS Events and Courses.

When you register for events and CE Courses, PCDS makes requests for information; these types of information collected include: name, address, email address, phone number, credit card information, etc. We use this information you provide only to complete the transaction; we do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the transaction.

All data submitted via online forms is kept strictly confidential.

Photo Waiver:

I hereby give the PHILADELPHIA COUNTY DENTAL SOCIETY ("PCDS"), the absolute right and irrevocable right and permission with respect to use of my image ("the Property") captured in any 2024 Family Picnic Event photos, audio video recordings, video recordings, online photo directory, testimonials, and the like, for such purposes including but not limited to membership recruitment, future meeting announcements, program promotions, social media postings, and marketing and commercial uses approved by PCDS.
Registration Fees for the 2024 PCDS Family Picnic

PCDS Member: $15 (family is free)
PDA/ADA Member: $25 (family is free)
Dentist, Non-Member: $30 (family is free)
Residents/Students: $10 (adult guests are also $10, children under 16 are free)
